ARS CENTENNIAL GALA BANQUET at the Yale Club, 50 Vanderbilt Ave. at 44th St. in New York. Cocktails from 7-8:30 p.m.; dinner from 8:30-12; premium open bar throughout the night. Donation: $250 per person.
