WASHINGTON (A.W.)—On Sat., April 25, “The Georgetown Boys,” a musical written and directed by Dr. Herand Markarian, was presented at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. The event was organized by the Greater Washington area Armenian American community.

The musical is named after the 109 Armenian orphans brought to Canada after the Armenian Genocide, and was presented to a packed audience.
