All above Departments will represent the Supreme Council according to Geographic,Demographic  and Economic locations as can be seen..AND  in constant contact with ea  other through most advanced communications  system. However, these are pure opportunists and the Armenians shouldn't squander an opportunity either to utilize anyone useful for our cause. We need is to get our own house in order.
