Even attaining the second place with a relatively small difference in the electoral circumstances in Armenia is a more imporant victory than that of the official winner. As far as I can remember no second runner in the past elections in Armenia has come so close to the incumbent presidential candidate. Mr. Sarkissian has to take this reality seriously into account.
Raffi Hovhanissian better get involved in the internal relations of the USA and not in its external relations.
